The Off-White x Nke Blzer Low “University Red” is a collaboration between Virgil Abloh’s high fashion brand and Nke on a progressively styled version of the vintage basketball shoe. The first posthumous Nke collaboration from Abloh, who passed away following a private battle with cancer in late 2021, the Blazer Low in “University Red” cuts a vintage-modern look with aged details and inventive styling. The shoe features a white leather base with a University Red leather on the sides. Several die-cut circles are found throughout the shoe’s upper. A yellow bungee-cord-like lacing system is found over the traditional lacing setup, an element found on the Off-White x Nke Dnk “Lot 50” series. The aggressive midsole is said to be inspired by the Nke Ar Terra shoe.
