The Women’s BPE STA Low M2 “UNC” is the women’s sizing of the colorway of the Japanese streetwear brand’s lifestyle shoe in the team uniform colors of the North Carolina Tar Heels college basketball team. The BPE STA’s design is based on throwback basketball shoes from the 1980s, and the “UNC” colorway is an unofficial nod to the UNC Tar Heels, Michael Jrdan’s alma mater. The “UNC” features a white leather base with contrasting baby blue patent leather overlays. BPE’s “STA” logo appears in blue patent leather on either side of the shoe. A BPE logo is embroidered on the lateral side of the heel. A BPE lace accessory is found on the vamp. The shoe rides on a white rubber midsole and blue outsole.
